About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with contract terms, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and execute operational budgets, including forecasting and budget revisions for areas under responsibility.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with logistics providers and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
Monitor warehousing, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and system accuracy.
Oversee the order-to-cash process for direct sales, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
Analyze kit utilization, inventory levels, surgical activity, operational costs, and invoicing data, providing recommendations to improve performance.
Implement and maintain quality control, inventory management, and compliance procedures aligned with local regulations and company policies.
Partner with commercial teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, cost management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Previous people leadership or team management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including performance management and contract oversight.
Experience in medical devices operations supporting surgical procedures.
Experience in inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
