About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) in the area to learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business
  • Contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory
  • Partner with the Sales Rep(s) in all aspects of the sales call pattern
  • Cover cases in the assigned territory
  • Market and promote products in the assigned accounts
  • Build sets and manage inventory
  • Attend surgeries to ensure product availability
  • Educate doctors, nurses, and staff about product use
  • Identify customer needs and develop appropriate responses
  • Assist in the implementation of new sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Serve as the primary backup contact for Sales Representatives
  • Partner with Sales Rep(s) on inventory management and customer purchase orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
  • 4+ years of active duty military service
  • Preferred Qualities: (1) year B2B sales experience
  • Motivated/Self-starter
