- Consistently maintain all record-keeping as appropriate
- Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement activities/projects
- Provide support beyond standard hours as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required - HS diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree
- Direct customer service or call center experience
- ERP experience (SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesis, PowerBI, etc.)
