About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively support the development and expansion of our market position in the Upper Extremities segment
- Provide clinical support and application expertise with a focus on training and advising physicians
- Provide direct assistance during surgical procedures and plan and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Ensure consistently high service and care quality for our customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in the operating room environment (e.g., as an operating theatre assistant (OTA), OR nurse, or OR manager)
- Initial experience in medical technology, ideally in orthopedics/trauma surgery or shoulder or elbow arthroplasty
- Confident presence and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive working style
