About the role

  • Drive the growth of the Neurovascular portfolio across EMEA
  • Set and execute strategic brand direction in line with global strategy
  • Lead portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product launches
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies
  • Partner with divisional marketing teams to build annual marketing plans
  • Drive customer engagement through congresses, events, and medical education programs
  • Provide data-driven insights on brand performance and corrective actions
  • Develop the portfolio through innovation, M&A, and line extensions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience (vascular/neurovascular strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
