About the role
- Drive the growth of the Neurovascular portfolio across EMEA
- Set and execute strategic brand direction in line with global strategy
- Lead portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product launches
- Design and deliver marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies
- Partner with divisional marketing teams to build annual marketing plans
- Drive customer engagement through congresses, events, and medical education programs
- Provide data-driven insights on brand performance and corrective actions
- Develop the portfolio through innovation, M&A, and line extensions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of work experience
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience (vascular/neurovascular strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
