About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the Director, GPO - HealthTrust to execute an enterprise strategy for HealthTrust and the member health systems (IDNs)
Drive results with member health systems through HealthTrust by executing contract strategies in partnership with the Director
Engage with member advisory boards and BU sales leaders
Build collaborative strategies to support SYK goals of accelerating growth
Ensure pricing consistency amongst member health systems
Complete monthly reports as specified by the Director, GPO - HealthTrust
Collaborate with the Director for development and implementation of metrics and measurement tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Extensive negotiation training with complex customers and supply chain organizations
Minimum of 5 years in medical device sales and/or marketing roles
10+ total years of industry experience with historical success working cross-divisionally and collaboratively
Access to upper-level administrative and GPO supply chain relationships, as well as prior experience with complex hospital customers including regional collaboratives, specific GPOs or specific BU strategic sales experience (either MSNT or Ortho/Spine)
