Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize machining processes for the production of implants.
Integrate new CNC systems into production and support their commissioning.
Analyze manufacturing workflows, machine utilization and material flows, and identify bottlenecks.
Implement sustainable improvements and develop technical concepts to advance manufacturing processes.
Work closely with colleagues from Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Engineering, as well as with external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Medical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field.
Practical experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on machining, CNC machining, turning, milling or production-oriented process optimization.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, machine integration and production workflows.
Structured, independent and pragmatic way of working with a strong implementation focus.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production or process development, ideally in CNC machining or metalworking.
Knowledge of commissioning, qualification or validation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing factory layouts, capacities or production flows.
Exposure to regulated production environments, e.g. medical devices, automotive, aerospace or similar industries.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from Engineering, Production, Quality and Maintenance.
