Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations
Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Execute integration planning and coordination across due diligence and integration processes
Partner cross-functionally to align on integration approach and execution
Drive rapid onboarding of acquired companies into logistics and distribution network
Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building relationships quickly
Lead change management activities including stakeholder alignment
Define business requirements and support deployment of transformation initiatives
Ensure smooth transition of processes to business teams
Track and drive progress of M&A integrations to completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years supply chain and/or distribution/logistics experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant areas
SQL, Power BI, Excel or experience with similar systems
Supply Chain professional certification (preferred)
SAP experience (preferred)
