About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume overall responsibility for the sales of our capital equipment within the Orthopaedic Instruments product line.
- Strategically manage and sustainably develop your sales territory in the Northern and Eastern Bavaria region.
- Proactively identify and develop business opportunities through targeted new-customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships at decision-maker level within surgical departments.
- Independently plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, including negotiating with chief physicians, hospital management, clinical engineers and procurement departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of sales experience (at least 3 years), ideally with technically complex or consultative products — e.g., medical technology, capital equipment, financial services or the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in building and sustainably developing customer relationships and in targeted acquisition of new business.
- Passion for selling complex, technically sophisticated solutions and the ability to consult with decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic vision, strong organizational skills and high personal performance standards.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Class B driving license (car) and willingness to travel extensively.
