About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assume overall responsibility for the sales of our capital equipment within the Orthopaedic Instruments product line.
  • Strategically manage and sustainably develop your sales territory in the Northern and Eastern Bavaria region.
  • Proactively identify and develop business opportunities through targeted new-customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships at decision-maker level within surgical departments.
  • Independently plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, including negotiating with chief physicians, hospital management, clinical engineers and procurement departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of sales experience (at least 3 years), ideally with technically complex or consultative products — e.g., medical technology, capital equipment, financial services or the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in building and sustainably developing customer relationships and in targeted acquisition of new business.
  • Passion for selling complex, technically sophisticated solutions and the ability to consult with decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic vision, strong organizational skills and high personal performance standards.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Class B driving license (car) and willingness to travel extensively.
