About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an interface between customers, clinical stakeholders, and development teams
  • Translate user needs into clear user stories, requirements, and backlog items
  • Support the communication and refinement of product vision
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of product features
  • Participate in voice of customer activities, sales interactions, and cadaver labs to validate concepts and refine requirements
  • Build and maintain an understanding of neurosurgical and ENT workflows
  • Support monitoring of market trends and competitor solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Medical Engineering or a related field
  • Initial experience with medical devices preferred
  • ~2–5 years of experience in the MedTech industry or a similar environment
  • Basic understanding of clinical workflows and user-centered product development
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
