About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the execution of indirect channel operations across Southern Europe with a focus on Spain and Portugal.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global ICM standards and effective management of partner performance.
  • Work closely with local leadership and commercial teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Drive operational discipline and deliver measurable results within a strong compliance framework.
  • Serve as the Division’s ICM Partner, driving executional alignment, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Hold full accountability for end-to-end indirect channel processes and lifecycle management.
  • Drive alignment among leadership teams and facilitate leadership forums.
  • Elevate the strategic and operational standards of IC Sponsors.
  • Own the planning, execution, and outcomes of Partnership Reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis in business management, finance, marketing or relevant discipline required.
  • Must have 8+ years related professional experience.
  • Must have fluent English and Spanish.
  • Ability to speak Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Sales, marketing, sales operations, compliance experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be PC literate with experience working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence.
  • Travel Percentage: 40%
