About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee sales activity and productivity standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals
- Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews
- Review and analyze sales data and commission reports
- Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status
- Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales
- Foster a healthy competitive team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success
- Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs
- Proven experience in formal leadership roles or in leading teams and projects strongly preferred
