About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
- Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.
- Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.
- Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
- Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
- Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum undergraduate degree Management or sales industry related degree/diploma/Business degree.
- 1-3 years Sales experience with in Medical Device Industry.
- Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferred.
- Possession of mandatory personnel documents for Sales Promotion and Clinical Support
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.
- Strong teamwork and networking skills.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Valid driving license.
