About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of the region, leading both people and business performance
  • Strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals and deliver sustainable growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Own regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers (including KOLs)
  • Drive business growth through existing accounts and new customer acquisition
  • Manage a complex ecosystem, including direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience across the full order-to-cash cycle
  • Analyse performance data and implement targeted actions to improve results
  • Lead and embrace change, contributing to innovation, simplification, and scalability
  • Act as a role model within the broader leadership team, sharing best practices and supporting peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • Strong people management experience (ideally 3+ years)
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver and exceed targets
  • Experience in complex, structured environments (multinational preferred)
  • Exposure to indirect channel management is a strong plus
  • Background in medical devices / orthopaedics is preferred
