About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop complex operating room and critical care layouts using advanced Revit modeling techniques
  • Create and maintain parametric, formula-driven Revit families, including nested components and configurable equipment systems
  • Maintain and enhance Revit templates, standards, shared parameters, and documentation workflows
  • Produce high-quality drawing packages and presentation-ready visualizations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Engineering, and Architects to refine layouts and resolve constraints
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to other designers
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all design deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum high school diploma with six years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with four years, or bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience using Revit in a production environment
  • Demonstrated experience building and modifying complex Revit families
  • Strong understanding of parametric modeling principles
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating in remote or cross-functional environments
  • Healthcare or commercial construction experience (preferred)
  • Experience developing Revit standards, templates, or content libraries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with visualization workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with SolidWorks or other parametric modeling tools (preferred)
