About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and shape communications for the AI Accelerator (AIA) within the Ortho Tech Division
Partner with AIA leadership to define and execute communications for AIA employees and business partners
Ensure clarity on AIA’s purpose, capabilities, and operating model
Build and scale AIA communications, including internal channels and leadership messaging
Develop communication strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement across stakeholders
Support executive visibility efforts for AIA leadership
Develop strategic messaging, presentations and communication materials for key internal and external engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of work experience
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
