About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Extremities portfolio.
- Contribute to market analysis, product development initiatives, launch planning, and cross-functional alignment across countries.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategic positioning.
- Develop insights on customer segments, purchasing motivations, and business trends to support marketing strategy.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including product development initiatives and launch materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and portfolio margin management while promoting on-label product use.
- Prepare business presentations and reports for regional meetings, supporting alignment with country teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, and Product teams to support training programs and commercial initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials and support event coordination when required, ensuring alignment with brand and internal guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Experience in marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience analyzing marketing data and business performance metrics.
- Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
