About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Extremities portfolio.
  • Contribute to market analysis, product development initiatives, launch planning, and cross-functional alignment across countries.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategic positioning.
  • Develop insights on customer segments, purchasing motivations, and business trends to support marketing strategy.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including product development initiatives and launch materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and portfolio margin management while promoting on-label product use.
  • Prepare business presentations and reports for regional meetings, supporting alignment with country teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, and Product teams to support training programs and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop marketing materials and support event coordination when required, ensuring alignment with brand and internal guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Experience in marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing marketing data and business performance metrics.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
