About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, launches and initiatives
- Coordinating marketing materials, collateral updates and asset management
- Assisting with event support, including congresses, internal meetings and training sessions
- Working with sales, clinical and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Managing administrative tasks such as POs, budgeting support, tracking timelines and reporting
- Supporting compliance processes to ensure materials meet regulatory and internal standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in marketing, communications or a commercial support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
