About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
- Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
- Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
- Delivery of technical Training to internal & external
- Perform Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
- Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
- Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
- Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
- Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
- Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty
- Scheduling of Customer visits in cooperation with Customer service
- Build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty
Requirements
What you’ll need- Level 8 Degree in engineering medical electronics and camera technology OR relevant experience, at least one of the following: Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software / Medical Physics / Technology Subjects
- Experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
- Experience in the hospital environment and health care work (preferred)
