About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support global supply chain operations as a functional subject matter expert for ERP (SAP and Oracle) and planning systems
- Partner cross-functionally to support day-to-day system needs
- Enable process improvements and help ensure supply chain processes and data remain effective
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance global supply chain efficiency
- Partner with business users and IT to support system enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) or 6 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting business systems, supply chain operations, procurement, or analytics
- Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
