About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve commercial objectives
- Define and deploy regional commercial strategy
- Develop, plan, and monitor team’s commercial action plans
- Support team in executing commercial activities
- Regularly track performance and analyze variances
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and understanding of needs
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop regional team members
- Prepare and present business reviews and commercial forecasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience with significant portion in Med Tech
- Strong understanding of corporate financial data
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Capital experience
- Management experience
- Fluent in English
