About the role
- Technical point of contact for our customers in emergency medical services stations, fire stations, the Bundeswehr, hospitals, and public authorities.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on medical equipment such as electro-hydraulic stretchers, defibrillators, hospital beds, mechanical chest compression devices, emergency stretchers, patient-loading systems and temperature management systems.
- Performing safety inspections (STK), measurement inspections (MTK) and DGUV measurements on our devices.
- Independently coordinating customer appointments and organizing your own service jobs.
- Documenting all contractually agreed service activities in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
- Supporting larger customer projects in neighboring regions.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of technical equipment, in assembly or as a field service technician.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics.
- Proficient user of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
