About the role
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Operations leaders, providing commercial insight, challenge, and support
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote strong financial acumen across the business through clear communication and knowledge sharing
- Analyse financial and non‑financial impacts of commercial actions, clearly communicating outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with operational teams to drive collaboration, improve commercial performance, and identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance related topic and CPA or CA qualified
- 4+ years’ experience in a commercially focused finance role, ideally within FMCG or large, brand-led organisations
- Proven experience in business partnering and influencing across all level of stakeholder to impact change and make things happen
- Advanced analytic capability with experience working with large data sets, drawing meaningful insights and translating those to actions - PowerBI experience highly desirable
- A high attention to detail and the ability to transform data findings into recommendations and present them back (via different formats) to all level of stakeholder including executives
- A curious, proactive and continuous improvement mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
