About the role
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across the region, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution.
- Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support and contribute to regional projects (e.g. training initiatives, digital programmes).
- Manage and distribute marketing materials and sales support tools.
- Adapt global content for local market needs.
- Track marketing budgets and support purchase order processes.
- Maintain marketing tools, platforms, and promotional inventory.
- Build strong relationships with product managers, sales teams, and business unit leaders across Northern Europe to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Develop product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape.
- Gather feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
- Experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work across different functions and seniority levels
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-country environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
