About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across the region, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution.
  • Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Support and contribute to regional projects (e.g. training initiatives, digital programmes).
  • Manage and distribute marketing materials and sales support tools.
  • Adapt global content for local market needs.
  • Track marketing budgets and support purchase order processes.
  • Maintain marketing tools, platforms, and promotional inventory.
  • Build strong relationships with product managers, sales teams, and business unit leaders across Northern Europe to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape.
  • Gather feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
  • Experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work across different functions and seniority levels
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-country environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
