About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Lead Analyst, Inventory Planning is responsible for end-to-end planning of raw materials and components to support reliable production and customer service in a regulated medical device environment.
  • This role leads execution of a Lean Plan for Every Part (PFEP) framework and partners closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and working capital.
  • This role drives planning excellence, influences inventory strategy, and leads continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational and financial goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related); Master's/MBA/APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive inventory/demand/supply planning experience
  • Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large data sets, ect.)
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • SAP and JD Edwards SQL - preferred
  • Proven experience with Lean methodologies and/or PFEP concepts.
