The Lead Analyst, Inventory Planning is responsible for end-to-end planning of raw materials and components to support reliable production and customer service in a regulated medical device environment.
This role leads execution of a Lean Plan for Every Part (PFEP) framework and partners closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and working capital.
This role drives planning excellence, influences inventory strategy, and leads continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational and financial goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related); Master's/MBA/APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
4+ years of progressive inventory/demand/supply planning experience
Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large data sets, ect.)
Power BI experience preferred
SAP and JD Edwards SQL - preferred
Proven experience with Lean methodologies and/or PFEP concepts.
