About the role
- Develop, maintain, and own integrated project schedules using detailed Gantt charts, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking
- Coordinate cross‑functional resource planning by defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for project team members
- Monitor project execution against schedule, scope, and budget targets, escalating risks and variances as needed
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and opportunities, including development and tracking of mitigation plans
- Lead project communications within established governance forums, tailoring updates to senior leaders, core teams, and partners
- Manage project scope through change assessment, documentation, and alignment with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with functional leaders to define, track, and maintain project budgets throughout the lifecycle
- Provide performance input to functional managers based on observed project contributions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience or equivalent experience leading projects in regulated or product development settings.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience supporting new product development projects.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams with or without formal authority.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project scheduling tools.
