Help lead the evolution of the Ortho Joint Replacement analytics function
Enhance insights into field sales performance and identify key trends
Support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain reporting tools
Drive process improvements
Deliver executive-level insights
Translate high-level business needs into functional and technical requirements
Lead the roadmap and development of Power BI dashboards and tools
Deliver and maintain executive dashboards
Independently troubleshoot data discrepancies
Conduct regular audits and gap assessments to enhance reporting accuracy
Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet deadlines
Support ad hoc requests and ensure timely delivery of performance metrics and sales reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to independently write, debug, and optimize queries involving JOINs, window functions, aggregations, and filtering logic using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Databricks
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with a strong grasp of data modeling, DAX, star schema design principles, and dashboard development
Demonstrated ability to work independently on technical deliverables
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready reporting
Preferred MBA or Master's degree
Prior experience in a sales operations, commercial analytics, or revenue reporting environment
