About the role
- Analyze, forecast, and report key financial performance metrics to operations and senior leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Evaluate operating performance, cost drivers, and projections; provide insights and actionable recommendations
- Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and capital investments
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, including tracking performance against plans and key metrics
- Ensure accuracy in cost accounting and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives
- Lead and develop a finance team while driving process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years professional experience
- Preferred: Experience in public accounting or cost accounting
