About the role

  • Execute the regional marketing strategy and translate it into actionable plans and field activities
  • Develop customer and market insights to shape value propositions and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, including training, tools and field support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders
  • Drive product positioning, segmentation and messaging aligned with customer needs
  • Support forecasting, pricing strategies and business planning, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to ensure execution excellence
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results and continuously optimize marketing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, in product marketing or commercial roles in the medical sector
  • Fluent in English, another regional language would be a plus
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset with strong ownership
  • Experience in Sports Medicine, Pharmaceutical industries (Preferred)
  • MBA or Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • Experience in downstream marketing and field-based activities (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with European healthcare systems and market dynamics (Preferred)
  • Experience in sales training or sales enablement initiatives (Preferred)
