About the role
- Execute the regional marketing strategy and translate it into actionable plans and field activities
- Develop customer and market insights to shape value propositions and identify growth opportunities
- Lead sales enablement initiatives, including training, tools and field support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders
- Drive product positioning, segmentation and messaging aligned with customer needs
- Support forecasting, pricing strategies and business planning, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to ensure execution excellence
- Track performance metrics, analyze results and continuously optimize marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, in product marketing or commercial roles in the medical sector
- Fluent in English, another regional language would be a plus
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset with strong ownership
- Experience in Sports Medicine, Pharmaceutical industries (Preferred)
- MBA or Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Experience in downstream marketing and field-based activities (Preferred)
- Familiarity with European healthcare systems and market dynamics (Preferred)
- Experience in sales training or sales enablement initiatives (Preferred)
