About the role
- Act as the key marketing lead for the Orthopaedics portfolio in Mexico.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in Latin America.
- Lead the execution of regional marketing strategies in Mexico.
- Act as the primary marketing interface between regional teams, local leadership, and commercial teams.
- Develop and implement local marketing plans.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Support the development of a medical certification hub in Mexico.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive commercial execution.
- Analyze business performance and market data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support business decisions.
- Experience in product marketing, product launches, or portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English.
- Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree.
- Experience in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement or robotics.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
