About the role

  • Act as the key marketing lead for the Orthopaedics portfolio in Mexico.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in Latin America.
  • Lead the execution of regional marketing strategies in Mexico.
  • Act as the primary marketing interface between regional teams, local leadership, and commercial teams.
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of a medical certification hub in Mexico.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive commercial execution.
  • Analyze business performance and market data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support business decisions.
  • Experience in product marketing, product launches, or portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced English.
  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree.
  • Experience in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement or robotics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
