About the role
- Deliver responsive support to the sales team and customers by resolving product-related questions via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Develop and coordinate marketing assets—such as brochures, digital content, training materials, and product videos—to drive adoption of the Vocera platform.
- Gather and communicate Voice of the Customer insights, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to new product development and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Medical, and Customer Service teams to monitor production capacity, manage product allocation during supply constraints, and communicate quality or service processes to sales representatives.
- Support product trials, presentations, and installations as directed by the Brand Manager, and lead projects aligned with quality system requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 0 years of professional experience (open to graduates).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, product support, customer marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology sectors.
