About the role
- You will support our Continuous Improvement (CI) team on innovative projects
- Deepen your technical knowledge and gain hands‑on experience
- Work under the direction of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team
- Support the Manager Lean Continuous Improvement in optimizing manufacturing processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist with process analyses
- Further develop concepts to make progress and results transparent
- Keep an eye on upstream and downstream processes to ensure optimal integration into the production flow
- You will have the opportunity to actively contribute practical solutions within an international medical technology company.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in an engineering degree program with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Your strong commitment, teamwork and communication skills, and structured, proactive working style enable you to succeed in our dynamic team
- A keen interest in the topics mentioned motivates you to tackle complex Continuous Improvement (CI) challenges
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in Lean Management
- Confident use of MS Office and fluent German and English skills enable seamless communication in our international environment.
