About the role

  • You will support our Continuous Improvement (CI) team on innovative projects
  • Deepen your technical knowledge and gain hands‑on experience
  • Work under the direction of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team
  • Support the Manager Lean Continuous Improvement in optimizing manufacturing processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with process analyses
  • Further develop concepts to make progress and results transparent
  • Keep an eye on upstream and downstream processes to ensure optimal integration into the production flow
  • You will have the opportunity to actively contribute practical solutions within an international medical technology company.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in an engineering degree program with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Your strong commitment, teamwork and communication skills, and structured, proactive working style enable you to succeed in our dynamic team
  • A keen interest in the topics mentioned motivates you to tackle complex Continuous Improvement (CI) challenges
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in Lean Management
  • Confident use of MS Office and fluent German and English skills enable seamless communication in our international environment.
