About the role

  • Lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to shaping patient-specific products & solutions
  • Work across a mix of hardware, software, and process improvement projects
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between R&D, AO, QA and other key functions
  • Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects
  • Evaluate tradeoffs within project scope, timeline, resources and budget
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope
  • Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure
  • Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart
  • Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones
  • Own the project schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget
  • Monitor and maintain costs within budget
  • Develop a risk management plan for the project
  • Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan
  • Estimate, acquire and assign cross-functional project resources
  • Facilitate alignment on roles, deliverables, and work packages across cross-functional contributors

Requirements

  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • BS or equivalent & 3+ years of work experience
  • Understands quality system(s)
  • High in emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure
  • Adept in conflict resolution
  • Drives results in support of the business, even under demanding timelines
  • Steps up to take on additional responsibility where appropriate
  • Can influence without direct authority
  • Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle
  • Familiar with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
