About the role

  • Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) to quickly learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business
  • Contribute to the growth of the business in the assigned territory
  • Cover cases in the assigned territory, marketing and promotion of the products
  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel regarding Stryker products
  • Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist in the implementation of new sales plans and effective marketing strategies
  • Partner with Sales Representative(s) on inventory management and building of proper inventory levels
  • Maintain training in sales skills and products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification ( i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
  • 4+ years of active duty military service
  • Travel Percentage: 10%
