About the role

  • Training and support for surgeons (m/f/d) and OR staff before and during surgeries on the Mako System in the Greater Heidelberg / Bad Kreuznach area
  • Operating room instruction for clinical and technical leadership on the Mako System and its installed applications
  • Software guidance to prepare preoperative CT data compatible with the Mako System and to support the surgeon in preoperative planning
  • Creation of a preview of upcoming procedures using the Mako System
  • Planning, organizing and delivering training programs and presentations for users from the operating room and radiology departments
  • Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team
  • Sales support on product-specific questions at trade shows and conferences

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a medical environment (e.g., surgical assistant/OTA, medical device applications, clinical support, physiotherapy)
  • Strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly and clearly explain complex topics
  • Pronounced customer and service orientation
  • Valid Class B driving license and high willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (C1) spoken and written
  • Preferred: degree in biomedical engineering, bioengineering or natural sciences; operating room experience
