About the role
- Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with the global direction
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
- Lead the development and execution of the local Annual Marketing Plan (AMP)
- Drive new product launches and commercialization initiatives in collaboration with sales and leadership
- Continuously gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity
- Monitor business performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
- Partner closely with the sales organization to support customers and identify business opportunities
- Develop and execute the local medical education strategy in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Trauma portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role (medical devices strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
