About the role

  • Provide training and support for surgeons and OR staff before and during procedures in the handling of the Mako System in the Greater Soest area.
  • Conduct OR briefings and instruction for clinical and technical leadership on the Mako System and its installed applications (hip and knee total joint replacement).
  • Explain software workflows to prepare preoperative CT data for compatibility with the Mako System and support the surgeon in preoperative planning.
  • Prepare previews of upcoming procedures using the Mako System.
  • Plan, organize and deliver training programs and presentations for users from the OR and radiology departments.
  • Coordinate newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team.
  • Provide sales support for product-specific inquiries at trade shows and congresses.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience within a medical environment (surgical technologist/OTA, medical device application specialist, clinical support, physiotherapy).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex issues quickly and clearly.
  • Pronounced customer and service orientation.
  • Valid driving license (class B) and high willingness to travel.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (C1) both spoken and written.
