About the role
- Lead a high-performing onsite operations team in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Develop and coach supervisors and team leads, building leadership capability and succession strength
- Communicate effectively to senior and executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Set and drive KPIs for product quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, labor efficiency, and yield
- Partner with planning and supply chain to align production schedules with customer demand
- Lead continuous improvement through Lean tools, Kaizen events, and data-driven initiatives
- Conduct daily Gemba walks on the production floor
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches of new products and processes and ensure compliance
- Champion regulatory compliance and GMP best practices to maintain long-term operational success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field
- 6 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics or manufacturing
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, EH&S) and GMP best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools
- Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics
- PMP Certification or APICS Certification (preferred)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
