About the role

  • Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization’s products through a base of reseller partners
  • Locates, evaluates, and recruits potential channel partners
  • Supports partners throughout the sales process
  • Responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers post-implementation
  • Formulates and modifies Customer Service Levels Agreements (SLA's)
  • Collaborates with other departments to secure customer satisfaction
  • Maintains market share and customer satisfaction of existing customers
  • Implements strategy at local level in coordination with other managers
  • Manages and organizes training for sales force and coordinates agents’ activity
  • Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

  • From 2 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role in Medical Devices industry
  • Experience working in the operating room
  • Experience with hospital stakeholders
  • Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
