About the role
- Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization’s products through a base of reseller partners
- Locates, evaluates, and recruits potential channel partners
- Supports partners throughout the sales process
- Responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers post-implementation
- Formulates and modifies Customer Service Levels Agreements (SLA's)
- Collaborates with other departments to secure customer satisfaction
- Maintains market share and customer satisfaction of existing customers
- Implements strategy at local level in coordination with other managers
- Manages and organizes training for sales force and coordinates agents’ activity
- Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
- From 2 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role in Medical Devices industry
- Experience working in the operating room
- Experience with hospital stakeholders
- Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
