About the role
- Create, plan, direct, coordinate and execute strategies to meet customer needs
- Identify, develop and maintain professional relationships with key surgeons and accounts
- Achieve human capital objectives, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Develop sales objectives by product line and territory to support Business Unit and Corporate objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts, or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of field sales experience in the Orthopaedic or medical device industries
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Profit & Loss experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from line-employees to executive clients
- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
