About the role

  • Create, plan, direct, coordinate and execute strategies to meet customer needs
  • Identify, develop and maintain professional relationships with key surgeons and accounts
  • Achieve human capital objectives, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Develop sales objectives by product line and territory to support Business Unit and Corporate objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts, or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of field sales experience in the Orthopaedic or medical device industries
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Profit & Loss experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from line-employees to executive clients
  • Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
