About the role
- Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products such as: Power-LOAD cots, Stryker M1, Life Packs, Lucas
- Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
- Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
- Support Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
- Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
- Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
- Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
- Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
- Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warrant
Requirements
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar
- You have at least 3 months of experience as a Field Service Engineer (Internship included)
- You are recognized for your skills and interest in mechanics
- You speak English and Dutch fluently
- You have a valid driver's license for Belgium
- You are a recently graduated engineer
