About the role
- Process secondary market sales requests promptly, ensuring timely escalation to meet sales team needs.
- Maintain and update the Secondary Market Site to ensure accurate and current information.
- Advise revenue operations management on stock disposition and recommend actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time delivery to customers and sales teams.
- Execute day-to-day operations including order entry, SLOC management, and material variant creation.
- Evaluate opportunities for product buyback and marketplace placement to maximize revenue potential.
- Manage incoming SMS inventory in coordination with the trials team and support material reservations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in revenue operations or secondary market sales
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
