About the role

  • Provide training and support to physicians (m/f/d) and operating room staff before and during surgeries in the use of the Mako system in the Greater Munich area.
  • Conduct in-OR instruction for clinical and technical leads on the Mako system and its installed applications.
  • Explain software workflows to prepare preoperative CT data for compatibility with Mako and support physicians (m/f/d) with preoperative planning.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training programs and presentations for users (m/f/d) from operating room and radiology departments.
  • Provide sales support on product-specific questions at trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within a medical environment (e.g., OTA specialist/operating room technician, medical device applications, clinical support, physiotherapy).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly and clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Strong customer service and client-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (C1 level) in spoken and written communication.
  • Preferred: Degree in medical technology, bioengineering, or a natural science; operating room experience.
