About the role

- Maintain accurate territory structures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to review and adjust territories as needed.
- Develop and manage quota-setting processes to support revenue objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate all data outputs to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Oversee key operational activities such as quarterly reviews, updates, and reporting.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
- Create and deliver insightful reports to support decision-making across the sales organization.
- Proactively analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to implement best practices and scalable solutions within Commercial Strategy.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and other business functions to align processes and priorities.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to interpret and present insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. index match, pivot tables) and comfort working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce; experience with configuration or development is a plus.
- Proven experience managing territory alignment and quota planning processes.
- Experience with Salesforce administration or development, including integration and customization.
