About the role
- Manage sales and growth for Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio across Denmark.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, surgeons, hospital administrations, procurement, and key decision-makers.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide product training and in-theatre support, including demonstrations and evaluations.
- Develop, execute and follow up business plans aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Monitor tenders, prepare quotes, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Represent Stryker at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to strengthen market presence and to expand your network.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of commercial experience, ideally in medical devices, with direct selling experience (capital equipment preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Danish and English.
- Strong relationship-builder with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Passionate about medical technology, driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Empathy and commitment to understanding customer needs and contributing to better healthcare.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (across Denmark) as required.
- Anatomical knowledge, ideally in orthopedics with a focus on Foot & Ankle (preferred).
- Experience in surgical/hospital environments, medical technology, capital equipment, or healthcare (preferred).
- Familiarity with tender processes and public procurement in Denmark (preferred).
- Previous experience in a multinational organization (preferred).
