About the role
- Strategically plan, direct and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision.
- Interview, hire, train and develop top level talent.
- Develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region.
- Assist your reps and customers whenever the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
- MBA or MA preferred
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- To live within the region. Some consideration may be given for candidates living within a reasonable commutable distance outside the region.
