About the role
- Lead month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries
- Serve as the primary finance partner for R&D
- Develop and maintain Business Case Financial Models (BCFMs)
- Partner with the PMO team to monitor and report operating and capital project spend
- Analyze and explain variances between budgeted, projected, and actual results
- Collaborate with functional leaders to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or related experience
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- Commercial finance experience
- Experience with SAP or JDE, including data analytics, data mining, and dashboard creation
