About the role
- Work in a cross-functional team environment to support the technology contracting process.
- Draft, edit, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
- Provide excellent, time-sensitive, solutions-oriented, strategic contracting support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Exercise excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues to management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is needed for this role, however in lieu of a degree an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered.
- 6+ years of professional work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience working with Digital Solutions, AI and/or cyber security.
