About the role
- Lead market modeling, secondary research and quantitative insights for the Medical Division.
- Provide functional expertise in market sizing, market research, and competitive insights.
- Directly manage, develop and coach a team of analysts.
- Partner closely with BU Market Insight professional(s) and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is needed for a successful candidate.
- 8 + years of work experience required
- 5 + years market research or upstream marketing experience required
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in market and financial modeling required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
