About the role
- Develop customer-focused room designs using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Consult with sales, project managers, architects, and medical professionals to refine plans for contracting, permitting, and client approval.
- Lead or support engineering change control processes, including documentation creation and release.
- Produce high-quality drawings and photorealistic renderings using Revit to support client presentations.
- Manage design templates, Revit families, and CAD blocks to maintain current standards and functionality.
- Contribute to product development by applying knowledge of current offerings and competitive landscape.
- Coach and certify team members on updated design procedures and best practices, delivering SME-level training.
- Participate in cross-functional teams during product ideation, testing, and prototype delivery, driving alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure stringent quality standards for clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all design deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma with 6 years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D CAD design and related software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Revit and CAD software for interior design, rendering, and digital imaging.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and apply drafting standards.
